Barrington Billiards was founded in 2001 by John Barrington, a life-long gaming enthusiast. As a child, John spent countless hours playing pool, foosball, and table shuffleboard with his siblings. These games created a strong bond between them and gave their family an activity to rally around. As an adult, John wanted to share this same experience with his own children. He spent weekends scouring thrift shops and estate sales to find quality game tables, but it was challenging to find options that were both affordable and met his high standards.
Seeing an opportunity to help families bring recreation into their homes, John launched Barrington Billiards with the mission to provide high-quality home gaming tables at reasonable prices. In the early days, John built every table himself in his two-car garage. Today, we have partnered with MD Sports to expand our shared vision of what traditional game room products should stand for and represent.
